"Wrath of the Gods" is Historiart's companion collection to the licensed print series "Defy the Gods." This collection features original artwork inspired by Greek mythology and the myths that have shaped human culture for over three thousand years.

The collection debuts at Exhibit A Gallery in Los Angeles on July 13th alongside the licensed print series.

Kate Balfe grew up in Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of an American Mom and a British Dad. She attended Sheridan college in Oakville (briefly) before transferring to the Emily Carr University of Art and Design, where she earned a degree in Classical Animation. Kate has worked in the game and entertainment industry as a designer, concept artist, and art director. She art directed the Award Winning VR film “Arden’s wake,” which won the first Venice Film Festival Lion ever to be granted to a VR project.

Kate is now painting full time.

She currently lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area.
