Historiart Return Policy
All Sales Are Final
Every purchase made through Historiart is final. Given the nature of what we sell — original artworks, artist-signed limited editions, and exhibition-tied prints produced in fixed runs — we don't accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed, outside of the damage/defect terms in our Shipping Policy.
The one exception to this is for customers ordering from within the European Union, who are entitled to certain rights under EU consumer protection law. Those terms are laid out below.

EU Customers ONLY: Your Right to Cancel or Return
If your order is shipping to an address within the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase, separate from — and broader than — our general final-sale policy.
Cancelling before your order ships - You may cancel your order at any point up until it has been fulfilled and shipped. Once a package has left our hands, cancellation is no longer available and the return process below applies instead. To cancel, email us at info@historiart.com with your order number as soon as possible — we'll confirm whether your order has already gone out.
Returning after delivery - Once your order has arrived, you have 14 days from the date the last item in your order is delivered to notify us that you'd like to return it. The return window is extended to include weekends and holidays. To start a return, email info@historiart.com within this window.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we'll provide instructions for sending the item back, but the cost of that shipment is covered by the customer. Once we receive the returned piece and confirm its condition, we'll process your refund.
What isn't covered - Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase fall outside this policy entirely — they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, even for EU orders. Final sale status will always be disclosed on the product page before you buy.
